However, for those who are on a diet, it is recommended to eat fruit before eating so that the stomach is filled first. In addition, fruit has fewer calories so it’s good for a diet. The choice of fruit suitable for the diet is fruit that has high fiber and antioxidant content such as apples, pears, kiwi, and papaya. While fruits with high sugar content such as pineapple, manga, watermelon, and durian are not recommended because it can increase the risk of diabetes.
